Photo Shoot: Night shoot with Avro Vulcan B2A XM655

First ever visit to Wellesbourne Mountford airfield in Warwickshire for a night shoot with Avro Vulcan B2A XM655 (G-VULC).

XM655 was the 3rd from last Avro Vulcan to be produced for the Royal Air Force; serving with 9 Squadron at RAF Cottesmore, before moving to the Waddington wing and then serving with 101, 44 and 50 Squadrons.  XM655 was disposed of by the RAF in 1983.  Now owned by Wellesbourne Mountford airfield, she is cared for by the 655 Maintenance and Preservation Society who have restored her to taxi condition.

Unfortunately there was no engine runs during this shoot, but electrical systems were brought online to enable lights on during the night shoot element.
